IP Education, Inc. is an educational non-profit, organized under regulation 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code.

All of our educational products are provided as-is.  IP Education, Inc. does not provide legal services or legal counseling.  Many of IP Education, Inc’s instructors may be attorneys, patent attorneys, patent agents, or other professionals, however, any specific suggestions or advice given by these professionals is merely that: suggestions.

Because IP Education, Inc. does not provide legal services, there is no attorney/client relationship between you and IP Education, Inc.  Unless you have signed a Non Disclosure Agreement with IP Education, Inc., there is no assumption of confidentiality and anything you disclose to IP Education, Inc. should be considered public and given without restriction.

When a Non Disclosure Agreement is in place, IP Education, Inc. shall be bound by the terms of the Non Disclosure Agreement.

All educational materials are believed to be true and accurate, but IP Education, Inc. makes no warranties to accuracy or completeness.

You are advised to have your own attorney review all legal documents, including patent applications, that you may file.
