Ethical Collaboration is the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement used by Rockies Venture Club.  It protects entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors, and fosters a collaborative, interactive culture to help startups succeed.

There are three levels of the agreement:

  1. A click-through agreement for a meeting, such as a mastermind meeting, means that you agree to the Agreement for the purposes of that meeting only.
  2. Free membership in the Ethical Collaboration Community comes from signing the Agreement using the form below.  The free membership means you can interact with any member of the Community.
  3. Paid certification is available.  The Ethical Collaboration Certification course is available here.  There is no charge to take the course.
    • For a startup, you get unlimited use of the Ethical Collaboration Agreement for your contractors, suppliers, advisors, and anyone else.  IP.Education will administer any disagreements that occur under the Agreement through mediation and arbitration.  You will get all the Ethical Collaboration collateral showing that you are a member of the community.
    • For a service provider/mentor, you get unlimited use of the Ethical Collaboration Agreement along with IP.Education’s administration of the agreement.
